Due to the high-level custom engineering and architectural work involved in building bespoke AI systems and digital products, SQRF Intelligence maintains a strict refund policy for all clients (Businesses and Individuals).
Our services require significant upfront investment in computational resources, AI API tokens, and human architectural planning. Therefore, once the "Architecture & UI/UX" stage is completed and approved in your Client Portal, the project fee becomes completely non-refundable.
Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:
If you are purchasing as an individual consumer (B2C), you may be entitled to a statutory cooling-off period depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., 14 days in the EU/UK). However, because our services involve the creation of highly customized digital content and bespoke software architectures, you acknowledge and agree that by instructing us to begin the development phases, you expressly waive your right to cancel under these statutory cooling-off periods once the work has commenced.
Since our payments are processed securely by a Merchant of Record, any approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method through their platform. Processing times may vary depending on the MoR and your financial institution (typically 5-10 business days).
